<p>We are looking for a committed and skilled professional to join our Executive team as the Director of People and Culture ELC to Year 12. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who supports our Christian values and can create a positive, high-achieving workplace culture. We need an empathetic, people-focused leader who can manage change, explain complex ideas clearly, and build strong bonds within our College community.</p><p>This role involves overseeing all staffing matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and managing Human Resource systems and policies. You will also handle workplace issues, seek legal advice when needed, and lead staff development and wellbeing programs ELC to Year 12. You will work closely with the Head of College, the Executive team, and other key staff to support our strategic plans, fostering a balanced and productive workplace.</p>
