Siena College invites applications for the following Teaching position commencing in January 2025. Head of Learning Diversity Position of Leadership (POL 3) Full Time (FTE 1.0) | Three Year Tenure: 2025 - 2028

<p>An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate educator to work collaboratively with members of our Learning and Teaching Team in our innovative and engaging Learning Diversity Department.  The successful applicant will be responsible for exemplary leadership of the Learning Diversity Team and all Learning Diversity Department Services.  Siena College is committed to providing an education that is inclusive and that strives to support each student to achieve their potential.  The College recognizes that some students require extra assistance, and some require extension, to do this.  The Head of Learning Diversity advocates and works with all staff on behalf of students with learning needs and requiring extension in their learning.  These include highly able students, students with learning difficulties, funded students and students with disabilities. The position works closely with the Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching.
