We welcome applications from suitable candidates from all diversity groups to support our system of Schools and ELCs in delivering quality education outcomes for the students in our care.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>About the Role&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This Business Partner (BP) role is a generalist position responsible for partnering with a portfolio to implement and/or deploy HR strategies to meet business objectives through improved leader and employee performance, engagement, and productivity.</p><p>The position supports the Senior Officer, People &amp; Culture in the development and delivery of highly engaged workforce and the implementation of specific local people initiatives. The role includes providing strategic advice and assistance to senior management with a strong focus on the critical areas of workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, change management and business improvement.
