We respect, value and celebrate each student’s unique gifts and all that they bring to our community.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will assist the Principal in leading the College to ensure high quality outcomes for all students and staff and will support the Principal in providing both strategic and operational leadership of the College. </p><p>This role will deputise in the Principal’s absence.</p><p>The Executive Deputy Principal (Staff and Culture) is an active member of the Senior College Leadership Team and liaises closely with other members of this team to set goals, implement initiatives and evaluate program delivery and content. This role has key responsibility for building and promoting a strong performance and development culture, influencing and empowering staff to embrace continuous improvement through a professional learning culture.</p><p>Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. </p><p>Mercy College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe.
