We are seeking a Print Room Assistant to work in our school's print room in a temporary job share arrangement. The person we are seeking must be well organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative setting.

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Marian Catholic College - Kenthurst</p><p>We are seeking a Print Room Assistant to work in our school's print room in a temporary job share arrangement with an employee on a flexible work arrangement until the end of the year. The person we are seeking must be well organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative setting.</p><p><strong>Working Days:</strong> Thursdays and Fridays</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 5 hours per day (20 hours per fortnight)</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the operation of the print room, ensuring timely and accurate production of printed materials.</li><li>Manage and maintain print room equipment, including copiers, printers, and binding machines.</li><li>Organize and prioritize print jobs to meet deadlines.</li><li>Maintain inventory of print materials and supplies.</li><li>Ensure the print room is kept clean and organized.</li><li>Collaborate with staff to meet their printing needs efficiently.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Certificate or equivalent.</li><li>Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.</li><li>Intermediate skills with the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.</li><li>Experience with larger (industrial) sized printers.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Very good communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>Marian Catholic College Kenthurst is a caring community with a family atmosphere linking parents, students and staff.&nbsp;It is a co-educational, comprehensive Catholic secondary school in the Diocese of Parramatta, catering for over 1000 students across Years 7 to 12.
