St Peter's College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne's south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. For the commencement of the 2025 school year, we are seeking to appoint a Learning Adjustment Leader – NCCD, at both our Clyde North & Cranbourne Campuses.

Leadership Positions at the College have an initial tenure of 3 years and are attached to permanent teaching position. After a successful mid-term review, a further 3 years will be offered.

Our ideal candidate:

• Understands and adheres to State and National course requirements including the standards of professional practice – Australian Standards of Teaching, the VCEA and the NCCD guidelines.
• Has demonstrated capacity To work with teaching staff to lead the implementation of Learning Adjustment across the College through a solution focused coaching model which builds capacity in all teaching staff.
• Promotes the College Vision for a Developmental Model of Learning.
• Supports and enacts the Sale Diocese and St Peter’s College reform agenda inclusive of every leader is an Instructional Leader, every teacher is an expert teacher, every student experiences an accelerated rate of progress for every child and young person.
• Has an understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and different teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Competent in digital technologies.

The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.

Salary

In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 1 January 2025, the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894. The POL allowance for the Learning Adjustment Leader – NCCD is $3,102.
