St Peter's College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne's south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. For the commencement of the 2025 school year, we are seeking to appoint a Learning Adjustment Leader – NCCD, at both our Clyde North & Cranbourne Campuses.
Leadership Positions at the College have an initial tenure of 3 years and are attached to permanent teaching position. After a successful mid-term review, a further 3 years will be offered.
We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about leadership and have the capability to inspire their team with innovative leadership, contemporary teaching and learning.

The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
Salary
In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 1 January 2025, the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894. The POL allowance for the Learning Adjustment Leader – NCCD is $3,102.
