For the commencement of the 2025 school year, we are seeking to appoint a Learning & Teaching Coach – Learning Enrichment Centre (LEC), at both our Clyde North & Cranbourne Campuses.

<p>St Peter&#39;s College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne&#39;s south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. St Peter&#39;s College offers a rich and relevant curriculum in a modern learning environment which provides every student the opportunity to reach their full potential.</p><p>For the commencement of the 2025 school year, we are seeking to appoint a Learning &amp; Teaching Leader – Learning Enrichment Centre (LEC), at both our Clyde North &amp; Cranbourne Campuses.</p><p>Leadership Positions at the College have an initial tenure of 3 years and are attached to permanent teaching position. After a successful mid-term review, a further 3 years will be offered. </p><p>We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about leadership and have the capability to inspire their team with innovative leadership, contemporary teaching and learning.</p><p><strong>Our ideal candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Will oversee and monitor the effectiveness of the teaching of the curriculum, instructional strategies, and learning environment for students with disabilities and diverse learning needs. </li><li>Has demonstrated capacity to provide clear, competent, and exemplary leadership for all staff with the Learning Enrichment Team (LEC Coach, LAL-NCCD and LSOs).</li><li>Is able to develop and review relevant school policies to be consistent with the Disability Standards for Education (2005) and DOSCEL policies.</li><li>Promotes the College Vision for a Developmental Model of Learning.</li><li>Supports and enacts the Sale Diocese and St Peter’s College reform agenda inclusive of every leader is an Instructional Leader, every teacher is an expert teacher, every student experiences an accelerated rate of progress for every child and young person.</li><li>Has an understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and different teaching methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Competent in digital technologies. </li></ul><p>The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.</p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><p>In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 1 January 2025, the salary range for all teaching staff is $78,801 – $116,894. The POL allowance for the Learning &amp; Teaching Leader – LEC is $9,534. </p><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>For further enquiries, please contact HR Services, on <a href="mailto:people.services&#64;wesleycollege.edu.au" rel="nofollow">hremployment&#64;stpeters.vic.edu.au</a> or phone 03 5990 7718. </p><p>For further information, including an Employment Declaration Form and a Position Description, please visit www.stpeters.vic.edu.au (Employment page).
