<p><strong>Annual salary range *$81,886 - $126,580 per annum (*2024 rates)</strong></p><ul><li>We are beginning our call for expressions of interest from candidates who are interested in joining Orana in 2025.</li><li>We are anticipating a requirement for full-time, part-time, permanent and fixed term positions across our Senior College, High School and Primary School in 2025.</li><li>We will shortlist and interview candidates as suitable applications are received.</li><li>We are willing to negotiate reimbursement of some relocation expenses for the right candidates if moving interstate.</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLES</strong></p><p>Join a community of passionate, motivated and experienced individuals.  Our staff foster inclusivity, expertise and dedication to our students, education, and creating a dynamitic and an effective team environment. </p><p>As a valued staff member at Orana, you will contribute to the community as a member of an educationally focused team that ignites a life-long passion for learning within our students through academic, practical and creative experiences. You will be supported to grow and develop your own teaching through ongoing professional learning activities as well as mentoring through Orana’s College of Teachers.</p><p>The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and committed with relevant experience in primary school and/or any subject areas in high school and senior college. </p><p>The ability and willingness to teach more than one subject is highly desirable. Exciting mentorship opportunities for new graduates on offer.</p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p><p>The successful candidates will require:</p><ul><li>excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young people</li><li>the skills and attitude to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting</li><li>a willingness to implement, support and promote the School’s Steiner ethos</li><li>a strong commitment to student wellbeing</li><li>a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the School; and</li><li>understanding of the Australian Curriculum.</li></ul><p>You must also:</p><ul><li>hold a teaching qualification</li><li>hold ACT TQI registration or Permit to Teach</li><li>hold a current WwVP registration</li><li>be eligible to work in Australia.</li></ul><p>We welcome and encourage all candidates with teaching qualifications and experience to apply. While Steiner experience or qualifications are not essential, a willingness to learn is required. Support and guidance will be provided to successful candidates without a Steiner background.</p><p>Salary and conditions of employment are currently in accordance with the <i>Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021</i>.
