<p>Loreto Normanhurst is a leading Catholic, independent day and boarding school for girls in Years 5-12. The Student Services Assistant will be responsible for providing students and staff with high-level support in areas such as accurate maintenance of student attendance records and the administration of student and family records in the School Information System.<br /><br />This is a permanent full-time role working 41 weeks per year from 7:30am to 3:30pm.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Student Services Reception, including effective handling of student and parent enquiries (phone and visitors).</li><li>Responsible for the daily and ongoing maintenance of accurate student attendance data and all associated administrative tasks.</li><li>Display a warm and welcoming manner as the first point of contact for Student Services.</li><li>Undertake project work and provide administrative support to teams across the FACE curriculum.</li><li>Assist with the planning and organisation of whole School events and programs across the FACE curriculum as directed by the Head of Students.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong ICT skills with an ability to utilize ICT in a variety of ways including Microsoft Office and database management.</li><li>Ability to work well independently, be self-motivated and take initiative.</li><li>Polished, professional and courteous at all times.</li><li>Proven experience of effective team working and fostering and development of positive working relationships.</li><li>Highly organised with well-developed problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work at Loreto Normanhurst</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent opportunity to join a leading school in girls’ education, with a strong culture of teamwork and support.</li><li>Extensive professional development training</li><li>Onsite Parking and Café</li></ul><p><i>Applicants must submit a cover letter addressed to Ms Ugonotti, the Principal, a CV and copies of relevant qualifications or certifications.
