<p><strong>Location: </strong>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p><p>** Full-time, temporary (12 month) position&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the HR Operations Manager is accountable for driving the provision of HR operational services to deliver high-impact support for schools and CSPD staff. The HR Operations team provides operational support including but not limited to employee data maintenance, employee classifications, employment verifications, employee onboarding into our Payroll system, and processing of pay affecting items. This is such a dynamic and exciting opportunity to enhance stakeholder relationships, help shape future business efficiencies whilst continuously driving a culture of service excellence. .</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p><p>Do you have experience leading a team through change? Then this is a perfect opportunity for you to be part of the implementation of a new HRIS platform across the organisation, whilst also supporting a growing and driven team of HR &amp; Payroll Administration Officers.&nbsp; This is a temporary (12 month) role, replacing our current HR Ops Manager who will be going on parental leave.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The HR Operations Manager is accountable for:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and continuously improving a triage model, including processes and service platform pathways to effectively channel P&amp;C queries for self-service, tier one resolution or specialist support</li><li>Collaborating with P&amp;C teams and leaders to develop and maintain relevant knowledge materials and maintaining an appropriate level of expertise in the HR Operations team</li><li>Ensuring the provision of relevant policies and and procedures that support accessible and effective HR solutions and services to stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and industrial instrument obligations, including and building a structure of cyclical and ad-hoc reporting to pre-empt any changes to these obligations</li><li>Leading quality data management processes in the HRIS ecosystem and building metrics and insights that track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of stakeholders in use of resources and systems and enable informed, data driven decision making</li><li>Collaborating with wider P&amp;C leaders to identify areas of opportunity to improve core business processes, workflows, data flow and systems and implement solutions for continuous improvement across HR Operations&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The successful candidate:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values along with experience in the following areas:</p><ul><li>Implementing new HRIS systems&nbsp;</li><li>Managing HR Operations Hubs&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the training and development across the HR Operations team</li><li>Using SAP SuccessFactors software&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting a team through change&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Be part of an unbelievable team that is excited for this new challenge and consistently drives efficiencies and collaboration.&nbsp;</li><li>Enjoy a hybrid working model (50% Office, 50% Remote)</li><li>EAP and Wellbeing Programs</li><li>Up to a 25% discount on school fees for employees with children attending a CSPD school&nbsp;</li><li>Be part of an organisation that is committed to professional development&nbsp;</li><li>Conveniently located office in North Parramatta with free street parking available&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Interested?
