You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with key leadership members, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance student outcomes.</p><p>This role offers the chance to integrate wellbeing initiatives with the school’s mission and identity, promoting excellence in education within a nurturing environment.</p><p>If you are passionate about student wellbeing and ready to lead transformative change, we invite you to join our dedicated and dynamic team.</p><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the integral link between student wellbeing and learning.</p><p>Your background in restorative practices, trauma-informed care, and inclusive education equips you to handle complex student needs with empathy and expertise.</p><p><strong>Key Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in adolescent mental health, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of this age group.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with middle and secondary school students, demonstrating an ability to connect with and support students during these critical developmental stages.</li><li>A strong track record of creating positive, respectful relationships within a school community and leading multi-disciplinary teams.</li><li>Commitment to continuous personal and professional development, with the ability to mentor and coach staff effectively.</li><li>Alignment with the Catholic Dominican ethos, dedicated to fostering an environment where all students feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving their full potential.</li></ul><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>St Mary’s College is an R-12 school, educating girls in the Catholic Dominican tradition since 1869.
