This full-time position requires dynamic leadership, focusing on attracting and retaining high-quality staff in alignment with the overall Strategic Plans of the Colleges. Specific responsibilities encompass overseeing recruitment processes, managing industrial relations, and ensuring compliance with national and state regulations. The role also involves maintaining staff manuals, reviewing the Code of Conduct, and collaborating with legal advisors on personnel matters. </p><p>To excel in this position, the Head of Human Resources must contribute to the Christian faith-basis and values of the colleges, represent the Principal&#39;s views professionally, and demonstrate strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in human resources are essential, along with knowledge of HR information systems and databases.
