ASPIRE is the Maitland/Newcastle Catholic Schools Office creative and performing arts program.
<br>
With an emphasis on fostering creativity the ASPIRE program has a large number of programs on offer including in schools workshops and performance support and professional development for staff as well as special projects in areas such as songwriting, scriptwriting, devising theatre and choreography.
<br>
ASPIRE also creates an original production each year through which students can audition to be a part of through dance, design, drama, musical and production ensembles.

<b>POSITION DESCRIPTION</b>

In consultation with the Artistic Director ASPIRE, ensure high quality production outcomes for all Aspire projects and performances through:
<br>
<li>Production managing large scale Aspire events such as the Annual Production and DioSounds <br></li>
<li>Working with technical contractors and industry professionals to ensure best outcomes in realising production elements for all performance and projects. <br></li>
<li>Operating sound and lighting elements in all smaller Aspire performances. <br></li>
<li>Managing student involvement in Aspire projects as backstage and production crews and ensuring high quality learning outcomes.<br></li>
<li>Management and maintenance of Aspire storage facility and Aspire set, props and costumes.<br></li>
<li>Offering schools support and guidance in using technical elements in their performance projects and events.<br></li>
