The CSO assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Certificate IV in Human Resources, or Business Administration;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">At least three years experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)"><strong>Key Capabilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Suite and a willingness to learn other software programs such as PageUp, MyProfile, SALT, SNAP;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Advanced computing skills and excellent attention to detail;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and format a range of correspondence;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Proven organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and prioritise competing tasks in a high volume environment;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Ability to maintain a high level of tact, discretion and confidentiality;</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Proven commitment to continuous improvement and client service;</span></li>
