You will have a facilitating role in fostering a high standard of reporting in both formal and informal ways. You will work closely with the Year 9 – 12 Head of Mathematics to ensure curriculum alignment.</p> <p>Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.</p> <p>As an innovative Teacher and Head of Mathematics you will strive to create a learning environment which engages and extends our students, enabling all students to flourish. You will also deliver a collaborative and consistent approach to supporting the diverse needs of our students.</p> <h4>About You</h4> <p>To be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’ and have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
