Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced TAS teachers, preferably with experience and a passion for teaching across a range of TAS courses.</p> <h4><br></h4> <h4>Essential Criteria:</h4> <ul> <li>Demonstrable support and commitment to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education</li> <li>Registration, or eligibility for registration to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools</li> <li>Demonstrable success as a classroom teacher in TAS</li> <li>Qualified to teach Stage 4 Technology, Stage 5 Food Technology and Hospitality is an advantage.</li> <li>Ability to collect and using a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</li> <li>Ability to implement high impact teaching strategies to improve literacy, numeracy and learning outcomes for every student</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</li> <li>Skilled and committed to working with students through a positive approach to behaviour management.</li> <li>Ability to integrate ICT into their teaching of TAS</li> </ul> <h4><br></h4> <h4>Desirable Criteria:</h4> <ul> <li>Practising Catholic with accreditation to teach Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Sydney</li> <li>Willingness to lead and support co-curricular events</li> </ul> <h4><br></h4> <h4>Working With Children Check (WWCC)</h4> <p>This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.</p> <p><br></p> <p><b>New graduates are encouraged to apply for this teaching position</b></p> <p><br></p>
