<p>&nbsp;As the Director of Music, you will be a highly skilled and enthusiastic educator who is experienced in teaching instrumental music and conducting musical ensembles at a high level and passionate about the role and value of Arts education and performance. You will be experienced in the delivery of co-curricular and instrumental music tuition programs, will consistently model best teaching practice and be able to relate well to colleagues, students and parents.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Key Selection Criteria required:</b><br></p> <p>1. Demonstrated understanding and respect for the Catholic educational philosophy of St Virgil's College.</p> <p>2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-profile musical program for students.</p> <p>3. Experience in teaching in small group and individual situations and conducting musical ensembles.</p> <p>4. Recognised level of proficiency in at least one performance area and achievement the ability to promote a love of learning, creativity and artistic expression.</p> <p>5.
