Eastside Lutheran College is situated on the Eastern Shore of Hobart on 8 hectares of native bushland with uninterrupted views of Kunanyi, seven minutes from the city centre.

The Head of Secondary School will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and supervision of the Secondary School programs and general operational procedures. They will encourage staff and students in their growth and development. The Head of Secondary School will promote the Senior Years to the College and wider community. They will contribute to the decision-making and direction of the College. As a member of the College Leadership Team they will develop and foster effective communication and sound relationships with students and parents of the Senior Years and wider community. They will be responsible for all student behaviour management processes in the Secondary School. They will bring creative energy and an enthusiastic approach to the college.
