<p>St Mary’s Cathedral College is a boys' College in the heart of the city adjacent to the Cathedral, with over 800 students in Years 7-12. Our mission is to develop students inspired by the charism of Blessed Edmund Rice, striving for excellence in a multitude of educational opportunities, with the teachings of Jesus Christ at its core.</p> <p>St Mary’s Cathedral College is seeking to employ a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant. The role exists to support the College Deans in achieving the vison and mission of the College. The successful applicant will provide high level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the College. This is a full-time ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2023.<br></p> <p></p> <p>Selection Criteria;<br></p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide high level administrative support to the Executive Team.<br></li> <li>Ability to manage the everyday processes and demands of the Executive Team.</li> <li>Ability to use school systems and processes including PHRIS and Compass in working closely with staff and parents as needed.</li> <li>Manage system wide processes such as the requirements in preparing for Census and the Annual Report, which includes statistical data reporting.</li> <li>Sound keyboard skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and the Google suite of resources.&nbsp;</li> <li>Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Experience in working in a similar position in a school setting.</li> <li>Commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.</li> </ul> <p><u>Interviews may commence prior to the closing date</u></p> <p></p>
