Bede Polding College is a Catholic co-educational school for students from Year 7 to Year 12, providing contemporary, student-centred education in a nurturing environment.</p> <p><strong>Your duties will include but are not limited to: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Have a thorough knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum</li> <li>Successfully plan and implement programs that apply inquiry teaching and learning pedagogy</li> <li>Understand the fundamental concepts, structure and enquiry processes relevant to programs they develop and teach</li> <li>Able to create and maintain safe, inclusive and challenging learning environments and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans</li> <li>Be able to operate effectively at all stages of the teaching and learning cycle, including planning for learning and assessment, developing learning programs, teaching, assessing, providing feedback on student learning and reporting to parents/carers</li> <li>The interview process may take place, prior to the closing date of 10th November 2023 @ 3pm.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in Education</li> <li>NESA Accreditation</li> <li>Statements of Service</li> <li>Working with Children Check clearance (essential)</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline">Please indicate your teaching areas in the Cover Letter. </span></p> <p><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p>This position involves working with children.
