<p><strong>Ongoing | 0.8 FTE | Education Support Level 5 – Category C</strong></p> <p><strong>Commencing Term 1, 2027</strong></p> <p>Are you an experienced risk and compliance professional looking to contribute your expertise within a school community?</p> <p>Salesian College Chadstone is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to support effective governance, strengthen risk management practices and ensure the College continues to meet its regulatory and child safety obligations.</p> <p>The position involves working closely with College Leadership and the Board to manage compliance frameworks, review policies, oversee OHS and emergency management, and provide advice and training to staff.</p> <p>We are looking for a professional with strong organisational and communication skills, relevant risk and compliance experience, and the ability to interpret legislation and translate requirements into practical processes.</p> <p>Experience within an education or community-based organisation would be highly regarded.</p> <p>Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to child safety and the Catholic and Salesian values of the College.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
