Through play based learning, early literacy experiences and intentional teaching, we aim to support each child's development while helping them discover the world around them from a Christian perspective.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About this role</strong></p> <p>As the Early Learning Centre Director, you will provide leadership and oversight of the Centre's daily operations, educational programs, staff development and compliance requirements. You will support educators to deliver engaging, high quality learning experiences while fostering positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.</p> <p>You will help create a safe, welcoming and well organised environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, social skills and a love of learning.
