<p>Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School in the Lasallian tradition, located in Castle Hill, NSW. The College has an enrolment of approximately 2,250 students, with boys in Years 7 to 10 and a co-educational setting in Years 11 and 12. <p><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p>The College is seeking a Drama Teacher to play a vital role in fostering students creativity, confidence, communication skills, and appreciation of the performing arts. Working with students across Stages 4 to 6, the successful applicant will deliver engaging and innovative Drama programs that inspire a love of theatre and performance. The ability to teach and additional subject is essential, preferably HSIE or Religion.</p>
<p>In addition to holding a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation, the successful candidates will be able to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Teach Drama across Stages 4 to 6, fostering student engagement and creative expression.</li>
<li>Demonstrated involvement in planning and delivering theatrical productions.</li>
<li>Assess, monitor, provide feedback on, and report student progress and achievement.</li>
<li>Develop and implement curriculum programs and assessments across a range of stages (preferred but not essential).</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support student learning and College wide initiatives.</li>
<li>Confidently implement new syllabus and curriculum requirements.</li>
<li>Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.</li>
<li>Use contemporary pedagogical practices, differentiated teaching strategies, and innovative resources to maximise student engagement and outcomes.</li>
