As our new <strong>Early Childhood Education &amp; Care Lead</strong>, you will help shape the future of Early Childhood Education and Care across one of Australia's most innovative Catholic education systems.</p> <p>This is not a traditional ECEC role.</p> <p>This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy, design systems, drive transformational change and build a network of high quality Early Learning Centres and Out of School Hours Care services that place children, families and faith at the centre of everything we do.</p> <p>This is a 12 month temporary role with the possibility of extension or permanency.</p> <p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p> <p>As the ECEC Lead, you will spearhead the development and implementation of CSBB's Early Childhood Education and Care strategy, guiding the transition of ECEC services into direct CSBB management and establishing a sector leading model of excellence. Reporting to the Senior Executive, Strategic Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how children and families experience education from their earliest years.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role offers the chance to:</p> <ul> <li>Shape and grow a system wide ECEC vision</li> <li>Build high quality Early Learning and OSHC services</li> <li>Influence educational outcomes for thousands of children and families</li> <li>Lead strategic projects with executive level visibility</li> <li>Create sustainable pathways connecting ECEC, schools and parishes</li> <li>Leave a lasting impact across an entire education network</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Leading</strong></p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation of CSBB's ECEC strategy and future growth agenda</li> <li>Oversee the transition of Early Learning Centres and OSHC services into direct CSBB operation</li> <li>Develop and embed ECEC Provider Standards that drive quality, consistency and Catholic identity across all services&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with schools, parish communities and key stakeholders to strengthen enrolment pathways and family engagement&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive workforce capability through coaching, professional learning and leadership development&nbsp;</li> <li>Use data, evidence and insight to improve performance, compliance and service excellence aligned with the National Quality Framework</li> <li>Collaborate across Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing and Strategic Delivery teams to ensure sustainable growth and operational success</li> <li>Need a Valid Working with Children Check</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming early childhood education.</p> <p>You bring:</p> <ul> <li>Significant leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Children's Services</li> <li>Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, quality improvement and regulatory compliance</li> <li>Experience leading organisational change, service growth or multi site operations</li> <li>Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across diverse groups</li> <li>Strong project management, governance and strategic planning capabilities</li> <li>A commitment to nurturing high quality outcomes for children, families and communities</li> <li>Alignment with the mission, values and vision of Catholic education</li> </ul> <p>Most importantly, you are energised by the opportunity to build something meaningful and make a difference at scale.</p> <p><strong>A probation requirement will be passing the NSW Early Learning Commission Knowledge Assessment to become an Approved Provider of an Early Childhood Education and Care Service.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Join Catholic Schools Broken Bay?</strong></p> <p>At CSBB, we're not just delivering education.
