<p><strong>Position Purpose</strong></p> <p>The Leader of Learning KLA is responsible for leading a dynamic team whilst enhancing a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth.</p> <p>The role provides authoritative and instructional leadership to teachers, support staff and students. The position requirements align with and reflect the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) Middle Leader Standards.
