<p>Perth Waldorf School <strong>Invites applications for</strong> a <strong>High School English Teacher&nbsp;- 0.7 – 0.8FTE,</strong> <strong>Commencing Term 1, 2027</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Perth Waldorf School is seeking an engaging and passionate High School English Teacher to join our High School faculty from the beginning of 2027. &nbsp;</p> <p>This is a <strong>0.7–0.8 FTE position</strong>, with some flexibility in the final teaching load depending on the skills, experience and interests of the successful applicant. &nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a teacher who loves literature, language and working with young people, and who can bring English alive through thoughtful, creative and academically rigorous teaching.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong> &nbsp;</p> <p>The position will primarily involve teaching Main Lessons and English subject lessons across Classes 8–12.&nbsp;</p> <p>Depending on the successful applicant's experience and skill set, the role may also include teaching<strong> </strong>Humanities and/or other areas of the High School curriculum. &nbsp;</p> <p>Our Main Lesson program provides extended periods of immersive learning, allowing teachers and students to explore literature, history, culture and ideas in depth.
