You'll case manage students with high-level needs, respond to escalating needs, and coordinate targeted interventions for the students who need the support. You'll help build a safe, inclusive environment where every student feels seen and valued, and play a key role in getting our new wellbeing team off the ground.</p> <p>This is a full time, ongoing opportunity based at our junior campus in Epping, commencing Term 1 2027.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Relevant knowledge and skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree or diploma in either social work, youth work, or counselling.</li> <li>Experience working with young people with complex needs, including delivering intensive, individualised (Tier 3) wellbeing support.</li> <li>Ability to respond to critical incidents in a way that keeps everyone safe and supported.&nbsp;</li> <li>Understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (Tier 1–3) and experience case managing students with complex, high-level needs.</li> <li>Current Employee Working with Children Check.</li> <li>National Police Check (and International Police Check if you have lived outside Australia in the last five years).</li> <li>Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work professionally with internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to apply</strong></p> <p>We invite you to submit your resume and cover letter by clicking on the 'Apply Now' button.</p> <p>Have a question before applying?
