<p>Applications Close: 20 September 2026</p> <p>Living Waters Lutheran College is seeking an exceptional and passionate Director of Sailing (Sailing Master) to lead the development and delivery of a nationally accredited, world-class sailing programme commencing in January 2027. This unique opportunity combines educational leadership, elite coaching and programme development within a thriving Kindergarten to Year 12 Christian school community.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a key member of our educational team, you will inspire students to develop a lifelong passion for sailing while supporting high-performance pathways, competitive success and personal growth. Working collaboratively with College leadership, you will play a significant role in establishing Living Waters Lutheran College as a leading educational destination for sailing development and excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Director of Sailing will provide strategic leadership, teaching and coaching across a range of sailing disciplines and performance pathways.
