The Change Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of organisational change management activity supporting ICT-enabled change across the organisation. The role applies a structured change methodology to ensure that the people-facing dimensions of change are planned and delivered in step with technical implementation, so that new systems, platforms and processes are understood, adopted and sustained.

The role applies a structured change methodology to ensure that the people-facing dimensions of change are planned and delivered in step with technical implementation, so that new systems, platforms and processes are understood, adopted and sustained.
