Guided by our motto&nbsp;<i>Fortiter et Suaviter</i>&nbsp;— Strength and Gentleness — we are committed to ensuring every student can access, participate in, and thrive within our curriculum.</p> <p>In this role, you will balance direct student support with staff capacity building, championing inclusive practice across the College. You will be a key advocate for students with disability and additional learning needs, working collaboratively with families, classroom teachers, Teacher Aides, and external practitioners to deliver meaningful, personalised outcomes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This is a full-time permanent position commencing in October 2026 or by negotiation.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development, implementation and review of ILPs in collaboration with staff, students and parents/carers.</li> <li>Support teachers with differentiation, reasonable adjustments and collaborative curriculum planning.
