<p>St Patrick’s College for Girls, Campbelltown, is an independent Catholic school of Good Samaritan Education, dedicated to the education of young women in Years 7–12. <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable Administration Assistant to join our team and play a key role in in supporting the operational and strategic functions of the College.</p>
<p>This position will work closely with the Coordinator of Administrative Services to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the College, supporting administrative processes, and help ensure the organisation runs efficiently and effectively. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Upholding the mission, values and Child Protection commitments of the College.</li>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service.</li>
<li>Support student wellbeing by assisting with first aid, medication administration, and maintaining student health records in line with College policies.</li>
<li>Manage daily student attendance processes, including attendance monitoring, parent communications, and maintaining accurate records.</li>
<li>Maintain confidential student information and ensure data is recorded accurately within College systems.</li>
<li>Assist with front office and general administrative functions to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the College.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with administration colleagues and provide support across the team as required.</li>
<li>Undertake additional duties as directed by the Coordinator of Administrative Services, Director of Business and Operations, or Principal.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You </strong></p>
<p>You are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy, student-focused environment. You have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding service.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or a school environment.</li>
<li>A Certificate III, IV, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (desirable).</li>
<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems (experience with TASS highly regarded).</li>
<li>The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.</li>
<li>A calm, professional, and compassionate approach when supporting students, parents, and staff.</li>
<li>A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain), National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain).</li>
