The position plays a critical role in ensuring that systems, resources, and operational processes support outstanding teaching, learning, and student wellbeing outcomes.</p> <p>The role includes a teaching allocation of up to 0.4 FTE, allowing the successful candidate to maintain connections with the classroom while providing high-level leadership across the College.</p> <p>Key areas of responsibility include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading strategic planning, enterprise programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Oversight of timetabling, staffing allocations, teaching loads, and resource management.</li> <li>Leadership of governance, policy development, compliance, accreditation, and risk management processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Driving data-informed decision making through effective reporting and analysis.</li> <li>Coordinating subject selection processes, curriculum handbooks, and academic administration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Leading operational planning for significant Secondary School events, including Year 12 Graduation, Parent Teacher Interviews, and Academic Assemblies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Supporting strategic school improvement through collaborative leadership and stakeholder engagement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employment Details&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Employment Type- </strong>Full Time&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Commencement Date-</strong> 2027&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Qualifications, Experience and Leadership Capabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Master of Education, Master of Educational Leadership, or equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Current Teacher Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership experience within a secondary school environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, school improvement projects, and organisational change.</li> <li>Strong organisational, project management, and operational leadership skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience building collaborative relationships and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.</li> <li>Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated capability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision making.&nbsp;</li> <li>A personal Christian faith and a willingness to actively support the Christian ethos, values, and mission of the College will be highly regarded.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Highly Regarded</strong></p> <p>Applicants with experience in an independent or Christian school setting, expertise in timetabling and operational leadership, and a demonstrated ability to identify and implement innovative initiatives that enhance educational outcomes will be highly regarded.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Apply Now&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>If you are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with a passion for educational excellence, strategic planning, and operational leadership, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.&nbsp;</p> <p>Join us in leading initiatives that strengthen organisational performance, support student success, and enable outstanding teaching and learning outcomes across the Secondary School, all within a Christ-centred community.</p> <p><strong>Applications Close:</strong> Sunday 20th September</p> <p>The College reserves the right to interview and appoint a suitable candidate prior to the closing date.
