With a rich co-curricular program, a commitment to educational excellence, and a values-driven environment, Mother Teresa School offers educators the opportunity to grow, contribute meaningfully, and thrive within a dynamic and supportive setting.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Early Learning Centre&nbsp; (ELC) Educator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality early childhood education program that promotes each child’s learning, wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging. Working collaboratively with the Early Childhood Teacher and ELC Director, the ELC Educator contributes to curriculum implementation, daily routines, and the observation and documentation of children’s learning. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive, and compliant learning environment while building positive and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support positive outcomes for all children.</p> <p><i>This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave.
