O'Loughlin Catholic College is seeking a committed and relational Inclusion Support Team Leader to support the wellbeing, engagement, and holistic development of students in Years 7-12. ISA Team Leader works alongside teachers to build their confidence and capability in delivering quality differentiation and curriculum adjustments for students with additional needs.

<p>O'Loughlin Catholic College is seeking a committed and relational <strong>Inclusion Support Team Leader</strong> to support the wellbeing, engagement, and holistic development of students in Years 7-12. ISA Team Leader works alongside teachers to build their confidence and capability in delivering quality differentiation and curriculum adjustments for students with additional needs. Through co-teaching, in-class support, and collaborative planning, the ISP ensures inclusive teaching and learning strategies are effectively embedded across the College.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Teacher Coaching & Classroom Support:</strong> Partner with teachers through team-teaching, in-class support, and planning sessions to develop, implement, and track effective classroom adjustments.</li>
<li><strong>Educational Planning & Modifications:</strong> Collaborate with the Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to complete Educational Adjustment Plans (EAPs), support modified SACE programs (Stage 1 & 2), and build tailored plans for high- or complex-needs students.</li>
<li><strong>Assessment & Data Analysis:</strong> Work with the Data Informed Practitioner (DIP) to analyse student data, identify at-risk students, support PAT testing, and coordinate exam/NAPLAN adjustments.</li>
<li><strong>Parent & Community Engagement:</strong> Communicate respectfully and confidentially with parents/guardians regarding academic adjustments, reporting expectations, and test participation.</li>
<li><strong>Department Collaboration:</strong> Liaise with Heads of Department to embed subject-specific adjustments and build staff capacity through professional development.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A recognised qualification equivalent to Certificate III or above in Special Education</li>
<li>Proven experience in working at a secondary level and in inclusion support.</li>
<li>Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Card in Northern Territory).</li>
<li>Australian citizen or resident.</li>
<li>Drivers License</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a secondary school or youth-service setting</li>
<li>Skills in group facilitation, restorative approaches, or wellbeing program delivery</li>
<li>Understanding of senior-school pressures, including academic stress and post-school transitions</li>
