Victory Lutheran College is seeking an experienced and collaborative educator to lead our Science Learning Area, supporting high-quality teaching, innovative curriculum design and strong student outcomes across Years 7–12.

Inspire students.</strong></p> <p>An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Science educator to join Victory Lutheran College as <strong>Learning Leader: Science</strong>.</p> <p>Working alongside the Director of Learning and Secondary Leadership Team, you will lead curriculum development, support teacher growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement across Years 7–12, while maintaining an active role in the classroom.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ongoing teaching position with a fixed-term Position of Responsibility.</li> <li>Science Learning Area leadership across Years 7-12.</li> <li>Category C Level 2 Position of Responsibility.</li> <li>Six lessons release per fortnight for leadership responsibilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>The Learning Leader: Science provides leadership and oversight of curriculum, assessment and teaching practice across Years 7-12.
