Inspire students.</strong></p> <p>Victory Lutheran College is seeking an experienced and collaborative educator to lead our Health &amp; Physical Education Learning Area, supporting high-quality teaching, innovative curriculum design and strong student outcomes across Years 7–12.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Health &amp; PE educator to provide curriculum leadership, mentor colleagues and drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment. Working alongside the Director of Learning, Learning Leaders and Secondary Leadership Team, you will play a key role in strengthening Health &amp; PE education while continuing to teach within your specialist field.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ongoing teaching position with a fixed-term Position of Responsibility.</li> <li>Health &amp; PE Learning Area leadership across Years 7–12.</li> <li>Category C Level 2 Position of Responsibility.</li> <li>Five lessons release per fortnight for leadership responsibilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>As Learning Leader: Health &amp; PE, you will provide leadership and oversight of curriculum, assessment and teaching practice across Years 7–12.
