<p><strong>Full-time permanent role</strong></p> <p>St Martins Lutheran College is seeking an experienced and proactive WHS &amp; Property Manager to lead the College’s work health and safety and property functions. This is a diverse and influential role with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the safety, functionality and ongoing development of our College environment.</p> <p>Working closely with the Business Manager and College leaders, you will oversee the College’s WHS Program and Safety Management System, champion a positive and proactive safety culture, and provide specialist advice across a broad range of workplace health and safety matters. From incident and injury management, emergency preparedness and contractor safety through to training, audits and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring our people are supported to work safely and confidently.</p> <p>The role also provides oversight of the College’s buildings, grounds and infrastructure, working alongside our Maintenance team and a range of external contractors and service providers. You will coordinate planned and preventative maintenance, property projects, compliance requirements and essential services, while helping to identify and plan for the College’s future maintenance and infrastructure needs. No two days are likely to look quite the same.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who combines strong WHS knowledge with practical problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to build positive working relationships across a diverse organisation. You will be comfortable taking ownership, juggling competing priorities and moving between strategic planning and hands-on operational matters.
