<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>MCHF is seeking a visionary and innovative leader to join the Executive Team as Head of Technology, AI and Digital Learning. Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Operations, this executive role will lead the College's digital learning, AI, innovation, technology and data strategy, helping shape the future of teaching, learning and operations.</p>
<p>This is much more than an ICT leadership role. We are looking for a strategic leader who can drive digital transformation, build staff capability, champion responsible AI adoption and ensure technology delivers meaningful outcomes for students, staff and the broader College community.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You are a strategic and collaborative leader with experience driving innovation and organisational change. You have a strong understanding of digital learning, emerging technologies, AI, data governance and cyber risk, and can confidently engage with executive leaders, teachers, ICT professionals and external partners.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the College's Digital Learning, ICT, AI and Innovation Strategy.</li>
<li>Provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board on technology, AI and emerging trends.</li>
<li>Drive the ethical adoption of AI across teaching, learning and operations.</li>
<li>Lead digital transformation projects and organisational change initiatives.</li>
<li>Build staff capability through coaching and professional learning.</li>
<li>Oversee data governance, privacy, cybersecurity and eSafety.</li>
<li>Provide strategic oversight of ICT services, platforms and technology budgets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Senior leadership experience in education or a comparable environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in digital learning, AI and emerging technologies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data governance, privacy and cybersecurity practices.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder engagement, influence and change management skills.</li>
