The Director of Students - Positive Behaviour and Community is a key educational leader responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive and connected College community where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive. The role provides strategic leadership in student engagement, positive behaviour, pastoral care, and community partnerships and leads initiatives that strengthen student wellbeing, belonging, leadership, and engagement in alignment with the College's Vision, Strategic Plan, and School Improvement Framework.
