(small scale)</li> <li><strong>Curriculum and Teaching Excellence</strong> – Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Australian Curriculum, contemporary teaching practices, and effective pedagogy, together with a strong commitment to Christian Education, the integration of Indigenous perspectives, and the College's values.</li> <li><strong>Christian Education</strong> – Integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and learning programs, modelling Christian values and actively supporting the mission and ethos of the College.</li> <li> <p><strong>Fixed-Term Appointment</strong> – This position is offered as a six-month contract, commencing in Semester 1, 2027, to cover a period of Long Service Leave for the current Teacher Librarian.
