<p><strong>About Our School</strong><br><br><strong>St Mary's Cathedral College Sydney </strong>is growing. The College has experienced unprecedented enrollment growth in response to our transition to a K-12, co-educational, dual campus College.<br><br>
As such, we are seeking to appoint outstanding and experienced educators across a range of year levels and subject areas, with a strong academic background, to join our highly successful Teaching team. As we commence planning for the 2027 academic year there will be a variety of positions available across the Junior (K-4), Middle (5-8) and Senior schools (9-12).<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As a <strong>Teacher,</strong> you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>show an understanding and an ability to support the Catholic life of the College</li>
<li>demonstrate exemplary classroom practice and experience in teaching with the relevant qualifications and accreditation</li>
<li>show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>use creative and innovative teaching practice to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigour</li>
<li>exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate these into a wide range of curriculum applications</li>
<li>have excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills</li>
<li>be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively</li>
<li>have a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation</li>
<li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</a>, for K-6 Teachers.</li>
