This opportunity is offered as an ongoing full time (or part time position) commencing Term 1 2027.</p> <p>Teach a range of HSIE courses including:</p> <ul> <li>Stage 4 and 5 History and/or Geography,</li> <li>Stage 5 elective subjects,</li> <li>Stage 6 HSIE courses – ability to teach Society and Culture is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SCIENCE</strong></p> <p>The Science Teacher at Trinity Anglican College is a passionate and proficient educator with the ability to teach across Years 7-10 Science and Stage 6 Science courses.</p> <p>Teaching qualifications and experience with a specialisation in Chemistry and/or Physics are essential for this role.</p> <p><strong>TAS</strong></p> <p>Teaching TAS curriculum including Mandatory Technology, Stage 5 Timber and/or iStem, and any of the following Stage 6 subjects: Design and Technology, Engineering, VET Construction.</p> <p>The successful candidate in this position must be able to teach Mandatory Technology. Experience in, or ability to teach, Stage 6 Design and Technology and/or Engineering and/or VET Construction is highly desirable.</p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Possess appropriate tertiary qualifications for this position.</li> <li>NESA Accreditation to teach (accreditation at a minimum of Proficient Accreditation will be advantageous).</li> <li>Current Working with Children Check and National Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).</li> <li>Current First Aid certificate is desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience in maintaining cooperative partnerships within an organisation.</li> <li>Skilled in negotiating conflicting interests to ensure a positive outcome.</li> <li>Be a team player with experience working within a team and independently.</li> <li>Well-organised and committed.</li> <li>Creative and energetic.</li> </ul> <p><strong>APPLICATION</strong></p> <p>Apply now via SEEK to join our team.
