The successful applicant will play an important role in strengthening teaching excellence, supporting colleagues, driving curriculum innovation and enhancing student learning outcomes.</p> <p>Working collaboratively with the TAS Coordinator, the Assistant TAS Coordinator will contribute to:</p> <ul> <li>leading the implementation, review and continuous improvement of TAS curriculum across Years 5–12;</li> <li>fostering a culture of high expectations, collaboration and professional growth within the faculty;</li> <li>supporting excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and feedback through evidence-informed practice;</li> <li>mentoring and coaching colleagues through professional dialogue, collaboration and the sharing of exemplary practice;</li> <li>using student achievement data, educational research and evidence to inform faculty planning and improvement;</li> <li>supporting faculty organisation, planning and day-to-day operations;</li> <li>contributing to the implementation of the College's Strategic Plan and learning priorities;
