<p><strong>$92,000-$105,000 per annum depending on experience</strong></p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>The successful applicant will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Contributing to and implementing the school's marketing and communications plan across a variety of channels</li>
<li>Creating content for, and coordinating the production of, school publications and promotional materials</li>
<li>Assisting with the organisation and coordination of marketing and community engagement events</li>
<li>Assisting with monitoring the marketing and communications budget, and reporting on activity and return on investment</li>
<li>Identify and share stories that enhance the school's reputation and celebrate student achievement through positive media and public relations initiatives</li>
<li>Working closely with the Community Engagement and Admissions team to align messaging across internal and external campaigns</li>
<li>Liaising with external providers such as designers, photographers and PR contacts to deliver agreed outcomes</li>
<li>Monitoring adherence to TAS Brand Guidelines across all materials</li>
<li>Contributing to compliance within marketing and communications, including policy documentation as required </li>
<li>All other duties as directed by the school in line with level of responsibility</li>

<p><strong>You will also bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related discipline (or relevant experience)</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in a marketing, design and/or communications role.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand internal and external community engagement, and to implement strategic goals</li>
<li>Current suitability for working with children (Blue Card), or the ability to obtain one</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills; experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable</li>
