<p><strong>School Improvement Officer – Research, Analytics & Evidence</strong></p>
<p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced Teacher to join our School Improvement Services Team in a role focused on research, analytics and evidence-informed school improvement.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of School Improvement, you will work collaboratively with principals, leadership teams and teachers to strengthen data-informed decision-making, evaluate improvement initiatives and support better learning outcomes for students across the Diocese.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the analysis and synthesis of school and system data to identify improvement priorities.</li>
<li>Support schools through inquiry processes and evidence-informed planning.</li>
<li>Build capability in data literacy across schools and diocesan teams.</li>
<li>Administer key assessment platforms, including ACER PAT and NetID.</li>
<li>Coordinate testing communications and liaise with NESA, Catholic Schools NSW and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop professional learning focused on research, analytics and evidence-informed practice.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality reports that inform strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Support diocesan evaluation and continuous improvement processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You are an experienced teacher or educational leader who understands how research, data and evidence can improve teaching practice and student outcomes. You enjoy translating complex information into practical strategies that support schools to succeed.</p>
<p>You will also bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and current teacher accreditation.</li>
<li>Postgraduate qualifications in education or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Experience using educational data to inform school improvement.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, communication and technology skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and educational research.</li>
<li>A commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education.</li>
