<p><strong>Working with Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga,</strong></p> <p><a href="https://ww.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga</a> (CEDWW) serves 24 primary schools, five secondary colleges and two boarding facilities across the Riverina and South West NSW.</p> <p>Our schools are communities of Welcome, Faith, Service and Learning, where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive.</p> <p>We invest in our people through professional learning, career development and opportunities to make a meaningful impact across our schools.</p> <p><strong>School Improvement Officer – Learning Diversity</strong></p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced educational leader to join our School Improvement Services Team in a role dedicated to strengthening learning diversity across our Catholic schools.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy, you will work collaboratively with principals, leadership teams and teachers to improve educational outcomes for students with diverse learning needs through strategic advice, coaching and professional support.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to influence learning diversity across the Diocese while supporting schools to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed teaching practices that enable every student to flourish.</p> <p>Position Description attached.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic leadership in learning diversity across the Diocese.</li> <li>Support schools to implement evidence-informed inclusive education practices.</li> <li>Guide schools in legislative compliance, including NCCD requirements.</li> <li>Build educator capability through coaching, mentoring and professional learning.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with principals and school leadership teams to support students with diverse learning needs.</li> <li>Strengthen partnerships with families, allied health professionals and external agencies.</li> <li>Analyse data to identify priorities and inform system improvement.</li> <li>Lead the development and review of policies, programs and resources supporting learning diversity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced teacher and educational leader with expertise in learning diversity, inclusive education or special education.
