<p><strong>School Improvement Officer, Curriculum and Pedagogy, Secondary</strong></p>
<p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced Teacher to join our School Improvement Services Team in a role dedicated to strengthening curriculum, pedagogy and school improvement across our Catholic secondary schools.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy, you will work collaboratively with principals, leadership teams and teachers to enhance curriculum implementation, strengthen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes across the Diocese.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support schools to implement the NSW Curriculum and diocesan curriculum priorities.</li>
<li>Strengthen curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation across secondary schools.</li>
<li>Build teacher and leader capability through coaching, mentoring and professional learning.</li>
<li>Promote evidence-informed pedagogical practices that improve student learning.</li>
<li>Support schools to analyse data and use evidence to inform teaching and school improvement.</li>
<li>Partner with principals and leadership teams to implement strategic improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Facilitate professional learning communities and collaborative networks.</li>
<li>Contribute to diocesan curriculum priorities and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>You are an experienced secondary educator and educational leader with expertise in curriculum, pedagogy and instructional improvement. You are passionate about supporting teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences and improving outcomes for every student.</p>
<p>You will also bring:</p>
<ul>
<li>Appropriate teaching qualifications and current teacher accreditation.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in secondary curriculum and pedagogy.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of contemporary educational research and evidence-informed practice.</li>
<li>Experience leading curriculum implementation and school improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Outstanding coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>
<li>A commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education.</li>
