<p><strong>Working with Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga,</strong></p> <p><a href="https://ww.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga</a> (CEDWW) serves 24 primary schools, five secondary colleges and two boarding facilities across the Riverina and South West NSW.</p> <p>Our schools are communities of Welcome, Faith, Service and Learning, where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive.</p> <p>We invest in our people through professional learning, career development and opportunities to make a meaningful impact across our schools.</p> <p><strong>School Improvement Officer Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy (Early Years)</strong></p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced Teacher&nbsp; to join our School Improvement Services Team in a role dedicated to strengthening curriculum, pedagogy and school improvement across our Catholic primary schools.</p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy, you will partner with principals, leadership teams and teachers to enhance curriculum implementation, strengthen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes, with a particular focus on Preschool to Year 2.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to shape educational excellence across the Diocese while supporting schools to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed teaching that gives every child the strongest possible start to their learning journey.</p> <p>Position description attached.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support schools to implement the NSW Curriculum and Early Years Learning Framework.</li> <li>Strengthen curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation across primary schools.</li> <li>Build teacher and leader capability through coaching, mentoring and professional learning.</li> <li>Promote evidence-informed pedagogical practices that improve student learning.</li> <li>Support schools to analyse data and use evidence to inform teaching and school improvement.</li> <li>Partner with principals and leadership teams to implement strategic improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Facilitate professional learning communities and collaborative networks.</li> <li>Contribute to diocesan curriculum priorities and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced primary educator and educational leader with a strong background in curriculum, pedagogy and instructional improvement.
