The VCAA Chief Supervisor holds overall responsibility for the secure and compliant delivery of VCE external assessments. The role involves leading and coordinating examination supervisors, managing examination logistics, and ensuring all assessments are conducted in line with VCAA policies and procedures. The position reports to the Head of Learning (10–12) and the Deputy Principal – Learning and Innovation, with ultimate accountability to the Principal.

<p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee compliance with VCAA procedures for the conduct and administration of VCE external assessments&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate, brief, and lead examination supervisors</li> <li>Manage the secure receipt, storage, distribution, and return of examination materials</li> <li>Ensure accurate documentation, including attendance rolls, seating plans, logs, and incident reports</li> <li>Maintain an examination environment that supports student wellbeing, equity, and integrity</li> <li>Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, or breaches of examination protocols</li> </ul>
