<p><strong>The position&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Head Coach – Rowing</strong> works under the direction and leadership of the <strong>Head of Rowing</strong> to deliver a safe, inclusive and high quality rowing experience aligned with the values and educational mission of CGGS. The role provides day to day coaching leadership, oversees athlete development, manages program operations and staff, supports training and performance pathways, and coordinates equipment, logistics, regattas and camps.
